On Ordering

  • Payment methods accepted are credit card or PayPal
  • If you'd like a custom tea made for you, please send us a message through the contact form
  • Orders typically take between 1-7 business days to process and be shipped
  • Currently shipping on Thursdays


On Shipping

    • International tracking won't be offered as some countries do not have the capabilities to track shipments, we'd rather not have you pay for a service you won't receive
    • Once your order is in the mail, we the seller are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred at borders. Nor are we responsible for any losses or damages
    • Shipping arrival times are as follows from the date the item was shipped

      4-8 business days from shipping day

      4-6 business days from shipping day
      (If your order is time sensitive, please choose tracked shipping as there have been a higher number of issues of packages arriving very late to the USA with standard shipping)

      6-10 business days from shipping day

On Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

  • If your order has NOT been shipped yet and you would like to cancel it and receive a refund, please contact us right away. Orders that have already been shipped will not be refunded
  • If your order has NOT been shipped yet and you would like to exchange an item for another, contact us as soon as you can and we will switch the teas out
  • Due to the nature of tea, we do NOT accept returns

On Wholesale

  • Yes, we are happy to work with you for a wholesale order
  • Please contact us about two months before you would like to receive your order, especially if it's time-sensitive. This will give us enough time to discuss all the particulars, then have the tea made and shipped to you. If you require custom made tea for your wholesale order, allow for 3 months lead time.


Terms of Service

  • Customer agrees that they have provided the correct mailing address
  • Customer agrees to pay shipping again if an order is sent back to the seller due to incorrect address
  • Customer agrees that they will not hold the seller responsible for damaged or lost packages
  • Customer agrees that it is their responsibility to pay for customs fees, duties or taxes
  • International customers agree that they are solely responsible for ensuring they are aware of any import and customs restrictions for their own country
